SASKATCHEWAN REGISTERED MIDWIVES
Saskatchewan is divided into 13 Regional Health Authorities. A list of the Health regions with web page and contact information can be found at health.gov.sk.ca/health-region-list
Midwifery programs have begun in the Saskatoon , Regina-Qu'appelle and Cypress Health regions. The Prince Albert Parkland region has done the feasibility study. The three most northern regions would like to have birth brought closer to home
and midwifery is being considered.

There are two midwives working in the Regina Region:
All Nations' Healing Hospital in Fort Qu'appelle is affiliated with the Regina Qu'appelle Health Region. Midwife Debbie Vey is the Collaborative Maternity Care Program Coordinator at the Women's Health Center in the ANHH and has admitting privileges at the Regina General Hospital.
